What an atrocious company to deal with their customer service is seriously lacking.
First of all, my item took weeks to arrive, only to find out that it did not work, was not chargeable, and was a completely useless item.
I contacted the company immediately and still cannot get them to agree to a refund. The customer services will gaslight, u and stall. The best thing you can do if you have paid by credit card is immediately. Take it up with your credit card company or pay pal. The company now wants me to pay, for tracked shipping back to them at an address outside of the uk. Bearing in mind, this is for an item that was non. merchantable, in the first place and should never have been sold. There is no quality control, the item was cheaply made and of poor quality.
I would not purchase anything from this company unless you want. The headache of dealing with them If something goes wrong or you are prepared to just lose your money for the sake of your sanity.
My issue is still ongoing i ordered this item to arrive in time for christmas.
