I filed a complaint with the platform and was told customer service would reach out to me, but all I received was a request for feedback on the nonexistent assistance. After a few more days, I lodged another complaint against the advertiser, only to find out they had closed the ad, suggesting the dog was likely rehomed. The seller claimed to have been breeding for four years, yet the dog was nearly five, leading me to believe they simply wanted to get rid of it. Additionally, the dog's vaccinations were not indicated as current. The platform claims to uphold a code of conduct for sellers but states they have no control over the ads since they aren't the ones selling. However, they do have control, as they process the payments. It appears that, similar to other platforms, consistently poor sellers are allowed to continue advertising since blocking them could impact their revenue.
