We've had two of their Remote Training systems and they have been great with long life spans. Petsafe UK have excellent customer service out of Ireland. Helpful and knowledgeable on their products, with no hard sales, our contact, S********, is practical and informative. We've received lots of advice on how to use the product and getting the best from our four-legged friends.I can definitely recommend them on their own training system. I have no experience with their other products but reading other reviews I wonder if they are produced elsewhere and then sold by Petsafe? Other negative reviews don't equate with our experience at all thankfully and in short we are very happy with our Petsafe UK experience.
