I ordered a pet door designed for extreme weather through an online platform. Instead, I received an odd map that was nothing like the product I expected. Following the platform's instructions, I returned the item. Initially, I received a refund, but it was later reversed because they claimed I hadn't returned the item I ordered (which I never received). Overall, a frustrating experience.
If you buy the big cat pet door with a soft-closing flap, pay close attention to the instructions. The template provided was incorrect, with misaligned screw holes and upside down. If I hadn't noticed in time, I would have ended up with a hole in the wrong orientation. Other than that, we really like it.

I wish I could give a lower rating. I bought a dog collar for nearly £100, and it turned out to be faulty and unusable. When I sought to honor the one-year warranty clearly stated on the box, I was directed to contact the warranty department instead of returning it to the store. I provided proof of purchase, but was told to return to the store for an original receipt, which they can't retrieve anymore. Ultimately, the company refused to honor the warranty, and I am left disappointed with the product quality.
I ordered replacement litter boxes and saw they were out for delivery. However, the tracking number showed an incorrect address that didn't match my confirmation email. DHL couldn't deliver due to this issue, and when I tried to contact the company for clarification, finding their contact details was frustratingly unclear, and they did not respond. It feels like a scam, especially since one of the boxes did arrive.
The cat flap is poorly made. Both screw retaining clips broke while I was installing it. I had to disassemble it, replace the screws with bolts, and glue them to the plastic backing, risking voiding the warranty. I feel cheated out of £70. If I hadn't needed to replace an older version, I would have chosen a different brand. The only positives are that it no longer beeps or requires plugging in, but it seems smaller and trickier for my older cat to use, and it didn’t come with batteries, adding to my expenses.
