Wr needed to replace out petsage dog flap cover so ordered a new one from the website.What arrived was similar but not wheat we had before, or what was advertised on their website.I contacted customer service to see if they had sent the wrong item.They replied reasonably quickly to tell me it was the correct item and it was a new design.The reality is that they are selling worse quality items now. The material is flimsy, there is a whole in the flap that let's wind though and its much worse than the flap cover we had before. It's not fit for purpose at all. Not only this but they are still showing the older better design in the photos on their website. So I replied asked how to resolve this, not heard back since.I'm going to claim though my bank as they have missold the itemUse another company would be my recommendation.
