This single decision led to a series of complications. Ultimately, I chose to cancel the order. The whole experience was frustrating, making me hesitant to place orders online in the future. This limits my choices, as my previous in-store interactions have generally been very positive. While I can't entirely fault the company, there was definitely a significant issue.
