After dealing with a viral infection for several days, I decided to stock up on cat food and placed my order, paying the bill before returning to my recovery. The delivery was scheduled for the next day, and everything seemed fine until the last moment. Unexpectedly, the courier opted to redirect my package to a post office several miles away. This single decision led to a series of complications. Ultimately, I chose to cancel the order. The whole experience was frustrating, making me hesitant to place orders online in the future. This limits my choices, as my previous in-store interactions have generally been very positive. While I can't entirely fault the company, there was definitely a significant issue.
I bought a catnip toy for my cat, and it was a huge hit. I also found a collar that was well-made and adjustable. Additionally, I got a cat bowl that was of great quality and dishwasher safe. I definitely suggest checking it out.
The team at this location was incredible during the first eight months of my puppy's life. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. After moving, I was thrilled to find another store nearby that matched the same wonderful experience. I'm grateful to have them as my go-to pet shop.
