There is no way on the site to cancel once you're done with whatever awful landlord mandated it, and the process in the help document for how to cancel is not reflected in the site.PetScreening extracts extra fees from tennents for dubious services provided to the landlord. The world would be better if this leech of a company jumped in a bucket of salt.
