I had updated my No Pet/PreScreening in early March. However, I kept receiving emails saying that my account had expired. Kristena really helped me a lot! She did research and found that I had PetScreening accounts with two different email accounts. She eliminated one of them, so the problem is solved. I really appreciate her perseverance and diligence in locating the cause of my problem and resolving it in a timely manner!! She was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
