£45 out of pocket from having to buy an emergency supply of Thyronol from my local vet, who say they sent the prescription at the start of this week for my order, which I paid express delivery on. PDO say they never received it, but who am I to believe? The vet I've been with for decades or the website that are basically admitting they don't use a reliable email service for their critical sales operations? No one took any responsibility, so I have no way of avoiding this happening again. There are not many good alternatives, but I must find one because I'm not one of the majority who put a pet to sleep when the costs get like this.
