Ordered flea treatment a week ago 3/10. Nothing happened until Monday 6 when I was sent email by them saying I had sent invoice from vet , not prescription .Wrong. I checked sent emails & they were sent correct prescription . Also went to junk.First email on 3/10 said we have received prescription its been paid & will be sent shortly. Today I chased up company. Would not accept they had received prescription though I had proof.I sent it again phoned to check they had received it....phones busy we'll call you back. Didn't happen. I phoned again and waited until I was answered.Again told wrong info sent. Not true.I then got the vet to send info. Pet drugs then said 'Dear Customer , Your prescription has been reviewed by our in-house vet team and has failed the prescription check for the following reason – The name of the product ordered does not match the name of the medication your vet has prescribed'ie they know better than the vet.Unbelievable. AVOID
I do not recommend ordering prescription medication from here. I ordered a generic brand of medication and they won't process my order because they want me to order the brand name, even though it's the exact same drug as given on the prescription. Never had a problem with this before with other websites.

I paid £40 to return this food and they refunded me less than 50% of the money I paid them. I’m now commencing legal proceedings against them as they will not get away with theft. Terrible company. Very dishonest and please avoid!!!
£45 out of pocket from having to buy an emergency supply of Thyronol from my local vet, who say they sent the prescription at the start of this week for my order, which I paid express delivery on. PDO say they never received it, but who am I to believe? The vet I've been with for decades or the website that are basically admitting they don't use a reliable email service for their critical sales operations? No one took any responsibility, so I have no way of avoiding this happening again. There are not many good alternatives, but I must find one because I'm not one of the majority who put a pet to sleep when the costs get like this.
In my opinion the right hand in this company doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. After visiting their site I ordered prescription medicine for my pet. I noted delivery for PRESCRIPTION meds was slower than standard but was willing to accept the 3-5 days quoted.They took 8 days to deliver and when I complained about the delay the brushed it off by saying PRESCRIPTION orders take a bit longer. Clearly the don’t read their own terms of stated delivery. I asked for a refund of the postage as they had clearly missed their stated time which they ignored. I will definitely NOT order anything from this company again.I would describe my experience with their customer service as shoddy at best.
This review is for Pet Drugs online - cannot say how grateful I am for them recognising the urgency of a missed dose and sending my dogs urgent Clomicalm prescription next day (Saturday morning), despite me ordering it a couple of hours after the cut off time. Thank you so very much Emily and the team for helping me and my dog.
I have been trying for a week to make a telephone order. I do not have a computer and prefer this method. Obviously Pet Drugs on Line do not. Something quite bizarre going on. On one attempt I was told I was 92 in queue. All week I have had ridiculous waiting times quoted. Today's last attempt was 42 in queue. So I have ordered elsewhere. They have now lost my custom. Are they bothered ? Probably not.
Absolutely dreadful company. My dogs veterinary diet food arrived burst (this has happened before- i stupidly assumed it was a one off). I emailed, attached numerous photos of all aspects of the issue. I eventually received a copy and paste type response asking for photos of the issue (already sent) and offering me either a partial refund or a replacement bag. Now this indicates that the original complaint was not read or opened or given any sort of attention- if they had they would have seen the photos. Secondly the food was now contaminated and had been burst/opened for an indeterminate amount of time so is unusable. Their offer of a replacement bag doesn't fill me with confidence and despite asking repeatedly for an update and advising ive already sent photos, it has taken days to respond again to me. Avoid at all costs. Im sitting here a week later still without dog food and still without a refund
I had a debit on my credit card saying that it was from from this company but I have never ordered from them. I have reported it to the card issuers who are going to refund the money but I have no idea how they got my details. Needless to say my card has been blocked.
