Originally I was going to go with a different company to move my pets but the communication was slow and a little confusing, plus the first vet I took my pets to didn't fill out the paperwork correctly and this pet mover didn't catch it. I ended up going with Petsfly because Jeni was so good at communicating and helping with the paperwork I needed from the vet and on the Thailand side with the Pet Import Permit. She immediately put me at ease and guided me every step of the way. Once the pets were picked up I received regular travel updates and photos of my babies. Once they arrived they adjusted to their new home in Thailand really well so I knew they had been in good hands. I highly recommend their services!
