Jeni and the team at Petsfly coordinated the move of our 5 cats from Phoenix to Connecticut and it couldn't have gone better. Jeni explained our options and helped us with each step of the process. We also needed to have the cats picked up at the last minute because our movers were late and she took care of that no problem! Our pets were delivered to our new home safe and sound! We would definitely use Petsfly again!
We used Petsfly to transport our 3 large dogs from the US to the EU. Service, attention to detail, and communication were absolutely excellent throughout. They helped us gather all the USDA paperwork and handled transportation to/from airports, flights schedules, and kenneling. We also received updates and photos about our pups. We researched a lot of options, but we’re so glad we went with Petsfly and everyone arrived happy and healthy.

Dana was very empathetic and understood my sorrow in saying goodbye to Finn, the Friendly poodle. She was very kind and reassured me he was in excellent hands. Brenda was communicative, clear and forthcoming in all the up to the minute information and what was needed from us.
I used Pets Fly to move our three cats from Washington DC to South Africa. I have used several pet shippers and Pets Fly is by far the best. Communication was clear and frequent from receiving the quote up, through travel, delivery, and follow-up. The coordinations with our USDA vet, the driver on the ground for drop-off, and the overseas shipper was seamless. Absolute five star service.
Originally I was going to go with a different company to move my pets but the communication was slow and a little confusing, plus the first vet I took my pets to didn't fill out the paperwork correctly and this pet mover didn't catch it. I ended up going with Petsfly because Jeni was so good at communicating and helping with the paperwork I needed from the vet and on the Thailand side with the Pet Import Permit. She immediately put me at ease and guided me every step of the way. Once the pets were picked up I received regular travel updates and photos of my babies. Once they arrived they adjusted to their new home in Thailand really well so I knew they had been in good hands. I highly recommend their services!
We had a wonderful experience using PetsFly to move our two cats from DC to London! Brenda was prompt, communicative, and always had answers to our endless questions :) Although it was a stressful process to navigate, PetsFly made everything as easy as it could have been.
Our coordinator, Brenda, and the subsequent professionals she connected us with in Europe deserve nothing less than 5 stars. They moved our miniature Aussie-Doodles from Chicago, IL to the Netherlands as seemlessly as possible. I say 'as possible' because the airlines threw as many wrenches in the plan as possible, but before I was even given the bad news that KLM canceled the flight, Brenda already had solutions. She had them nearly booked on a Lufthansa flight. What's more - once they arrived in Amsterdam, there was a major delay b/c the warehouse where the animals are taken to clear customs had a fire hazard, resulting in several hours of delay. The delay was so many hours, that I figured they would want to board the dogs - but no! They were determined to get the dogs to us that night, and they did! The dogs were so great, healthy, and excited to see us! I fully recommend PetsFly!
