Our coordinator, Brenda, and the subsequent professionals she connected us with in Europe deserve nothing less than 5 stars. They moved our miniature Aussie-Doodles from Chicago, IL to the Netherlands as seemlessly as possible. I say 'as possible' because the airlines threw as many wrenches in the plan as possible, but before I was even given the bad news that KLM canceled the flight, Brenda already had solutions. She had them nearly booked on a Lufthansa flight. What's more - once they arrived in Amsterdam, there was a major delay b/c the warehouse where the animals are taken to clear customs had a fire hazard, resulting in several hours of delay. The delay was so many hours, that I figured they would want to board the dogs - but no! They were determined to get the dogs to us that night, and they did! The dogs were so great, healthy, and excited to see us! I fully recommend PetsFly!
