Cannot recommend this service enough. Jeni and Petsfly couldn’t have made the process of moving our sons cat Baker from the USA to the UK easier. Jeni held our hand the whole way navigating the bureaucratric paper process and ensuring we all stayed on top of the tight time deadlines. This was all done calmy with reassurance the whole way. Despite our concerns Baker arrived chilled and relaxed.
