Words cannot express how grateful I am to Brenda and Katie over at Petsfly. I’m 6 months pregnant and my husband is in the Army overseas currently. I was suppose to move 3 months ago, but they kept pushing things back, and it was stressing me out severely. I had no idea when I would leave, or be able to get the process finished for our cat. I got told on 5/31/24 that I would be leaving a week and two days later. That day I reached out to Brenda, she got me in contact with Katie, and Katie helped me with the process. I did not genuinely think it would be possible to make the vet appointment, send over the certificate, get it signed, and mailed back to me in time. Katie took care of everything, and as luck would have it, I will be able to leave with my cat!!! Katie was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, she was definitely on top of things, and I’ll forever be grateful to Petsfly for making this happen. Especially after all the other bs the Army pulled these last couple months. I would highly recommend them to anyone traveling overseas with a pet, they made the process so easy on my end, 100% definitely worth the money!!
