We thought we could move our 120lb Malamute, Zephyr, from Denver to the UK ourselves. We were using a giant, expensive aluminium crate that was initially approved by IAG (British Airways) then not approved on the day of the flight. With all the stress, anxiety and tears going on, we immediately called Brenda. She rolled out the red carpet and immediately began focusing on all the options to get Zephyr to us in the UK. Every phone call and email that were made was comforting and every decision she and Katie made were golden. Zephyr stayed at a kennel near the Denver airport, received new meds and new USDA UK and EU paperwork then flew (crate approved!) Lufthansa to Frankfurt then another flight to the UK. All the paper work was approved and we were shortly reunited with our fluffy giant dog. We can't thank Brenda and Katie enough for their wonderful attitude and thorough knowledge of the pet transport world. Selling your home and moving to another country is hard enough, adding a giant dog and two cats amplified the anxiety, We wish we would have used Petsfly from the very beginning.
