We are so glad that we used Petsfly. We needed to move my daughter’s Great Dane from the United States to Germany. Moving a Great Dane in itself is a task but to another country is something else. We knew there was a lot of paperwork that needed to be done and vaccinations and vet records for customs but had no clue where to start. My daughter contacted Petsfly and they were very helpful working with both my daughter, who was in a different country, and my self in the United States. They met with us virtually so we all were able to know what was going to happen during the move. It ended up that Maggie, the Great Dane, was too big for a premade crate and needed to have a special crate made. They took care of finding someone local near the airport who could build it and it was waiting for us the day of travel. We had multiple emails with communication about the travel arrangements. They also worked with our vet to make sure we had everything we needed done for her paperwork and making sure our vet appointments were done timely to match the travel date. They kept us updated throughout the travel and even sent pictures. We were very worried about the travel since it was an eight hour flight but they were able to answer any and all questions we had. Maggie made it to Germany with no issues and has be reunited with her mom. We will for sure be using Petsfly when Maggie comes back to the United States.
