On January 5th we lost our beloved family dog Asta. Asta was my mom’s soul dog as she calls him and was completely devastated with his loss. My siblings and myself decided that we needed to get her something that would help with grieving process. On Jan 6th we placed the order of a 14” custom plush with the add on of sneak peek preview and the plush care kit. On Jan 31st I received an email with the first version of the plush. I wasn’t too happy with the face/ head of the plush and request a few things be revised. I received an email confirming my concerns and suggestions would be shared with the design team and that they would get started on the revision. On March 10th I received the revised photos of the plush and I was so happy with the results that I immediately sent an email okaying the plush for shipping. 3/21 I sent an email just asking about the plush and when I would receive tracking info as the last I had heard was 3/10. 3/22 the next day I received an email stating the plush was moving along as expected and that I would receive the tracking information soon. On 4/9 I received an email that the plush had left the facility and would arrive on 4/13. As expected the plush was delivered on 4/13 just in time for my moms birthday on 4/17. My siblings and I gifted her the plush and she of course cried and was very grateful and happy with her gift. The plush now sits on a little memorial we have set up for Asta.
