Review Time
This is the worst customer experience of my life. I’ve experienced downright lies from the so called customer service team. I paid for expedited service- 4-6 weeks. I’m now on month 3 with no product. I told my daughter that a special gift was coming for her for Christmas, well… now she asks if it’s ever coming. I have to tell her I’m not sure. I was told that my product was going into packaging phase 3 weeks ago.
I had a great experience with Petslify! My mom’s dog passed back in november and this was the perfect gift for her. They were very good with communication and i got the product on time even with requesting revisions to him! I was nervous because of the reviews but am SO happy that I went with it anyway. he makes my mom very happy.
My Best buddy, work mate, Shadow Jasper who was 16 1/2 crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 9/22/25. Empty and sorrow filled my house. My Wife Sharyn Surprised me with the most Beautiful replica of my boy I could have ever imagined. The face, markings and creativity put into this was remarkable. I was actually asked if it was him done with taxidermy that's how real he is. That said this pup has given me some sort of relief and calm and I am so grateful that my Wife thought to have this done. You guys are the best. Thankyou and your artist for creating the best memory I could have ever recieved ❤️
I got a replica for my grandson after his dog passed. I looked online for companies snd found a few different ones. I picked Petslufy based on reviews of their quality, care and cost and we were not disappointed. I got the sneak peak to make sure things were going good and was blown away by how realistic the stuffy looked. My SIL saw a picture and said "that looks like Murphy ". Before he knew what it was. My grandson is soo happy he wanted me to take a picture and send it to the people that made it to thank them. He sleeps with his Murphy stuffy every night. Thank you Petslify it was worth every penny!!!
I know that once you lose a pet you lose a family member, you would do anything to hold them and pat them again. After 14 years we lost our family member, we are devastated, heartbroken we just wanted him back. That was when we had come across Petslify not only did they make our plush pet look like our real pet, but they also made our dreams come true. They were very kind, friendly and helpful, they kept me up to date with everything. They showed me a preview before the final ship out to make sure it was to my satisfaction at first there was a little problem, but Petslify fixed it to perfection. Communication was excellent! I always got an answer, they were more than helpful. I'm so glad I was able to get a plushie made of our pet that looks exactly like him this way it helps us with the grieving process. I highly recommend Petslify to anybody. You won't be disappointed, I know we weren't!
The plush we received was exceptional! Despite their warehouse facing a natural disaster, I remained patient as they worked to recover. Their communication was outstanding. They even provided a complimentary photo preview and welcomed my suggestions to make sure it was just right before shipping. We think of our cherished companion every day. I'm incredibly grateful for their efforts!
Harley was a Pit Bull mix with the softest smile and they captured it so well. The eyes look warm and kind, not cartoonish. We added the memory pocket and placed his old ID tag inside. Timeline matched what they promised and they checked in with preview photos. It sits on our mantel and brings comfort every time we pass by.
Tigger is an American Shorthair and our toddlers have adopted the plush as a nap companion. It came in a sturdy gift box and survived a weekend of heavy cuddles with no issues. The tabby stripes are crisp and the eye color matches perfectly. We had a small thread we snipped on the tag, nothing major. The whole process felt friendly and simple.
Our Border Collie Zoe has strong black and white contrast and bright eyes. They matched the blaze on her nose and the ear set that always looks a bit ready for action. The team suggested softening the neck stripe and it turned out more accurate. We keep it by the entry bench and everyone who visits stops to look. Great value and craft.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.I placed my order in January, with their website clearly stating a production timeframe of 6–9 weeks (at the time, even shorter). It took several months before I received a first preview. The so-called “meticulous work” did not resemble my pet in any meaningful way. The quality was poor, as if no care was taken to match the uploaded photos.After multiple failed attempts to “fix” the design, it became clear that this company does not have the capability to meet even a minimum acceptable standard. I therefore requested a refund, which should have been straightforward given their advertised “No-Questions Asked” policy. Instead, I was met with excuses about material costs and other conditions. Not only does this contradict their own written policy, but it also amounts to a breach of basic consumer protection laws. Despite my generosity in accepting a partial refund (which they presented as though it were a favour), two weeks have now passed since that agreement and I still have not received anything. They are now ignoring my emails. This delay in processing a refund is not just unprofessional, it is unlawful.Their handling of production, communication, and refunds has been consistently misleading, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. At this point, I am left with no choice but to consider legal action, as advised by lawyers I have consulted. In my opinion, this behaviour borders on fraudulent. Everything about this process, from broken promises amd Rules, to refusal to honour their own policies, breaching consumers protection laws and advertisement laws, is absolutely unacceptable.Just avoid them. They are beyond disappointment and they are proud of it.
