This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.I placed my order in January, with their website clearly stating a production timeframe of 6–9 weeks (at the time, even shorter). It took several months before I received a first preview. The so-called “meticulous work” did not resemble my pet in any meaningful way. The quality was poor, as if no care was taken to match the uploaded photos.After multiple failed attempts to “fix” the design, it became clear that this company does not have the capability to meet even a minimum acceptable standard. I therefore requested a refund, which should have been straightforward given their advertised “No-Questions Asked” policy. Instead, I was met with excuses about material costs and other conditions. Not only does this contradict their own written policy, but it also amounts to a breach of basic consumer protection laws. Despite my generosity in accepting a partial refund (which they presented as though it were a favour), two weeks have now passed since that agreement and I still have not received anything. They are now ignoring my emails. This delay in processing a refund is not just unprofessional, it is unlawful.Their handling of production, communication, and refunds has been consistently misleading, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. At this point, I am left with no choice but to consider legal action, as advised by lawyers I have consulted. In my opinion, this behaviour borders on fraudulent. Everything about this process, from broken promises amd Rules, to refusal to honour their own policies, breaching consumers protection laws and advertisement laws, is absolutely unacceptable.Just avoid them. They are beyond disappointment and they are proud of it.
