I had a frustrating experience with this company! I live in the U.S. and ordered a product that was supposed to arrive by a specific date for a gift in Canada. On the delivery day, it still hadn’t shipped. They suggested I order from the Canadian site, but it wouldn’t accept my U.S. credit card. After six calls to customer service and over five hours of waiting, I received no callbacks as promised. It’s disappointing! I can purchase from various places worldwide with my U.S. credit card. Very unsatisfactory!
