What an incredibly frustrating experience! I reside in the U.S. and placed an order for a product that was guaranteed to arrive by a specific date (intended as a gift for someone in Canada). On the promised delivery day, it hadn't even shipped. They suggested I place the order on their Canadian website, but that site wouldn't accept payments from a U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address. After making six calls to the support team and spending over five hours on this issue (they never returned my calls as promised), I am left feeling utterly disappointed. It's disheartening that I can purchase items globally with my U.S.-based credit card and address but faced such obstacles here.

I’ve been to this location several times and had both my dogs groomed by a fantastic groomer. She is wonderful, and the dogs respond well to her. Although they can be anxious, she knows how to calm them and provides excellent care. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place for grooming and products.
This feedback is not about the in-store service, which has always been great, but rather about the lack of customer support for online orders. It’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and the repetitive hold music is incredibly annoying. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I hung up. I tried for two consecutive days. If I could, I would give a zero rating.
I visited a location today to buy dog food and noticed a betta fish in a container that was hard to see through. I asked for the manager, who seemed uninterested and suggested placing the fish in a clearer cup. The fish had been there for over four weeks unsold. I inquired about a discount due to its condition, and she agreed to a 50% reduction without much concern. After taking it home, I discovered the fish had health issues. I’m appalled at how this was handled and will not return after being a loyal customer for over 30 years.
The company is misleading with their discounts. They advertise a '20% discount on all regular priced items,' but this is not true! Only certain items are actually discounted. This feels like false advertising. I will no longer be a customer and will share my experience.
