What an incredibly frustrating experience! I reside in the U.S. and placed an order for a product that was guaranteed to arrive by a specific date (intended as a gift for someone in Canada). On the promised delivery day, it hadn't even shipped. They suggested I place the order on their Canadian website, but that site wouldn't accept payments from a U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address. After making six calls to the support team and spending over five hours on this issue (they never returned my calls as promised), I am left feeling utterly disappointed. It's disheartening that I can purchase items globally with my U.S.-based credit card and address but faced such obstacles here.
