I was a bit discouraged when I didn’t hear anything back from PetSnowy about a lack of response in a timely manner as their website promises, but as it turns out there was some glitch that prevented my messages going through and when I reached out on Facebook, they promptly responded, emailed me back, and helped me with my request. They were friendly and understanding and my view of their customer support team has made a complete 180. They truly cared about my experience and I would recommend PetSnowy as a great solution and their company for having great customer service.
