Delivery was super quick. I had an issue with the item I bought and spoke to Celine in CS who was so welcoming and super helpful. Although I haven’t managed to try the product yet as I’m waiting for the replacement, I just wanted to take the time to say thank you and reassure anyone that their CS is amazing if you’ve got any issues!
I was a bit discouraged when I didn’t hear anything back from PetSnowy about a lack of response in a timely manner as their website promises, but as it turns out there was some glitch that prevented my messages going through and when I reached out on Facebook, they promptly responded, emailed me back, and helped me with my request. They were friendly and understanding and my view of their customer support team has made a complete 180. They truly cared about my experience and I would recommend PetSnowy as a great solution and their company for having great customer service.
Very very poor customer service. I bought their litter box. It is soooo expensive and takes up so much space. I requested to return it in less than 30 days after receiving, unused. Got a return shipping label and was told they had instructed DHL to collect. The collection day came and went and now I have been waiting 5 days for it to be collected. And their customer service team has simply gone silent. No care, no concern, no service. Taken my money.More than that they even charge you for returning so unlike what they say at the point of sale, returns are not free.
I love my petsnowy, it's efficient and easy to use. While somewhat bulky to maintain, I can't see myself using any other product. I haven't deep cleaned mine all summer. The only real complaint I have is the moisture in the litter drawer, it's so well built that it can't even exhaust moisture, let alone smell. I keep a moisture trap inside mine to help and change out the litter more often during hot months.
Although this is technically the cats' box, the PetSnowy automatic litter box has absolutely changed my life! I first tried the LR3 and although it was better than scooping, I didn't like the large entry area because it let all the odors (and tracked litter) out. I always felt there needed to be some sort of "curtain" to contain the worst.When that LR3 motor burned out after six months, I decided to try one that had better odor control. The PetSnowy was the one I went with mostly because it does have that little curtain. This thing is amazing! Easy to assemble and there is literally no odor in the room. My two cats are pretty big but have no issues entering and using this litter box. The drawer is easy to empty (around once per week) and the bags are easy to load & unload. The little mat catches most of the loose litter that the cats bring out of the potty area. Bonus - you will use less litter than you do with traditional litter boxes.I've had this unit for almost a year now. The PetSnowy automatic litter box is totally worth the investment. Their customer service is pretty terrific, too!
Amazing customer service.I had an issue with my litter box, and messaged at 2 am pacific time and within an hour the representative for pet snowy told me that I would receive a replacement product in the mail. This made me go from an impressed customer to a super impressed customer!
The Petsnowy litter box is great. It works very well with our two cats. Smell and cleanliness is taken care of with the enclosed nature of the box. It's great to have the piece of mind that it will be taken care of if you are out of town or get busy.
I have been a user of pet snowy since 2023. I took a leap of faith by splurging on an automatic litter box, food dispenser, and water fountain by pet snowy. To this day my cats still use the automatic litter box and it has held up pretty well. And the food and water dispenser is great for when I’m gone for work or for a weekend where I have to leave my kitties alone for a few days. It makes sure they always clean water and food refills at a schedule. I enjoy using the app to control the products. However, despite the expensive price I paid. Only the litter box and food dispenser have lasted so far. The water dispenser has quit on me after a year of using it (I did not use it when I first got it- first used in 2024). I am a little disappointed about that, and I have reached out to their customer service support and got a response within a day. Their customer support team is really on it, and have been helpful when I have reached out to them with questions or concerns in the past. Though I do wish their warranty lasted at least 5 years instead of the standard 1 year for the price I paid for the products. Other than that I would recommend their products to others
