Delivery was super quick. I had an issue with the item I bought and spoke to Celine in CS who was so welcoming and super helpful. Although I haven’t managed to try the product yet as I’m waiting for the replacement, I just wanted to take the time to say thank you and reassure anyone that their CS is amazing if you’ve got any issues!
