Very very poor customer service. I bought their litter box. It is soooo expensive and takes up so much space. I requested to return it in less than 30 days after receiving, unused. Got a return shipping label and was told they had instructed DHL to collect. The collection day came and went and now I have been waiting 5 days for it to be collected. And their customer service team has simply gone silent. No care, no concern, no service. Taken my money.More than that they even charge you for returning so unlike what they say at the point of sale, returns are not free.
