I have been a user of pet snowy since 2023. I took a leap of faith by splurging on an automatic litter box, food dispenser, and water fountain by pet snowy. To this day my cats still use the automatic litter box and it has held up pretty well. And the food and water dispenser is great for when I’m gone for work or for a weekend where I have to leave my kitties alone for a few days. It makes sure they always clean water and food refills at a schedule. I enjoy using the app to control the products. However, despite the expensive price I paid. Only the litter box and food dispenser have lasted so far. The water dispenser has quit on me after a year of using it (I did not use it when I first got it- first used in 2024). I am a little disappointed about that, and I have reached out to their customer service support and got a response within a day. Their customer support team is really on it, and have been helpful when I have reached out to them with questions or concerns in the past. Though I do wish their warranty lasted at least 5 years instead of the standard 1 year for the price I paid for the products. Other than that I would recommend their products to others
