I honestly can’t put into words how amazing the team at Pets on the Move are. We flew our very old English Bulldog from the UK to Perth, Australia, which is stressful enough with any dog—let alone a brachycephalic breed. Jess was absolutely incredible and made me feel completely at ease leaving Billy in her care. The updates while he was in transit were fantastic, and she truly understood how scared and nervous I was. Her constant reassurance made the entire process flow seamlessly from start to finish.If we ever return to the UK there would be no 2nd questioning who we would go to for help!
