I just recently took an insurance from them for my 3 cats.1) They ask 3 tests for an older cats but don't pay for them even if everything is ok.2) My older cats got sick right after those tests and even if they said she was covered from the start, they refuse to pay for her illness.3) Now they ask me why I want to remove her from the insurance!!!
