Disgusting company! We've been with Pets Plus Us for over 12 years and I get an email today my policy is being cancelled because it's "outdated". Now that my dog is a senior they aren't making money off her anymore, so they cancel the plans offering us a more expensive plan with less benefits. They advertise 4Life Guarantee! "Our promise to you". The only reason we stayed with them. BEWARE! THEY WILL DO THIS TO YOU EVENTUALLY!
