I was brought over from PC Pet Insurance 10 years ago when my account was transferred and it was an easy transition, my vet sends them in my receipts for me and they then mail me my cheque, it's a seamless process and with a sick dog, that has epilepsy and also congestive heart failure, but she was completely healthy until 7 years of age, she's now 14 almost and I pay about $500 in her meds every other month. Without insurance I would be up s**t creek without a paddle, it's my #1 piece of advice for any new pet parents. A1+++
