I have been with company for 12 yrs and I have never put a claim in, I have 2 dogs with them, a 12 yr old and 10 yr old, put got sick in 2020, I put a claim in back in September, here is Feb, and they are still jerking me around, but they have no problem taking my money for the last 12 yrs, month after month, everytime I call its a different excuse, wish I had read the reviews of this company before I signed up with them, so people please read the reviews of this company and judge accordingly, I've read all the reviews and they all seem to say the same thing, they are glad to take your money every month but not good about paying reimbursements even with all the proper documents.
