I bought a rogz small dog harness from Petstock Mt Colah. It’s now a few years old but doesn’t have any noticeable wear and tear. However it has fallen apart at a critical seam on a clip that wasn’t stitched properly (manufacturing defect). No it has not been chewed. Just wasn’t properly put together. I wasn’t expecting shoddy workmanship from a premium priced product by Rogz (a company that claims to value safety). When I took it back to Petstock they were very unhelpful and didn't offer any replacement or repair or follow up with the supplier. They suggested that I was lucky that it lasted this long. Well shouldn't be a matter of luck when they sell premium products at a premium price then act like they are a $2 shop when it comes to durability and quality of product.I contacted Rogz directly and they sent me a new harness.
