When my local pet store went out of business, I was no longer able to find performatrin brand cat food anywhere, which is what my cats have been on their whole lives.Pet supermarket was the only spot I found that carried my girls food, so I set up an account and an autoship order timed to come every few months before I ran out of food.Not only has my shipment always been late, it's also always been wrong.The first order they doubled my order and charged me for it without my consent or knowledge.The second order came damaged in a *** broken box with holes in the bag.The third and most recent order came late again, and was actually 3 bags of dog food not cat food.Their customer service was difficult to get in touch with and not helpful. The online chat kept getting disconnected and would not work when I tried to upload photos they requested.When I finally got in touch with someone on the phone and told them I would like my correct order sent to me overnight or expedited, I was told they are not able to do that. So now I have to play the lets find my girls a new cat food game and hope I find something fast that agrees with their sensitive tastes and bellies.It is crazy to me that such a large company is so incompetent when it comes to online orders, and equally crazy that they can't overnight ship something.I know i'm ranting because this is fresh and I'm pissed, but idgaf. I planned on coming home from work to take a nap with my cats before getting back to the grind. Instead I got cussing dog food and am so cussing frustrated right now. Cuss you pet super market.
