Review Time
This is the second time I have had problems with this company. My last order was late even though it said all the items were in stock, let me book next day delivery and took my money, I then had to phone the company after several days only to be told the warehouse didn’t have the stock and I would get my order when it came in. We run a business looking after clients dogs so placed a large order, only to have to go to a supermarket to buy food to feed the dogs. We have since placed another smaller order on the 22nd October and received confirmation saying the order would be delivered in two working days, this then changed to the 25th October, it is now the 27th of October and still no delivery, and yet another trip to the supermarket. We will not be using this company again as they are completely unreliable.
When my local pet store went out of business, I was no longer able to find performatrin brand cat food anywhere, which is what my cats have been on their whole lives.Pet supermarket was the only spot I found that carried my girls food, so I set up an account and an autoship order timed to come every few months before I ran out of food.Not only has my shipment always been late, it's also always been wrong.The first order they doubled my order and charged me for it without my consent or knowledge.The second order came damaged in a *** broken box with holes in the bag.The third and most recent order came late again, and was actually 3 bags of dog food not cat food.Their customer service was difficult to get in touch with and not helpful. The online chat kept getting disconnected and would not work when I tried to upload photos they requested.When I finally got in touch with someone on the phone and told them I would like my correct order sent to me overnight or expedited, I was told they are not able to do that. So now I have to play the lets find my girls a new cat food game and hope I find something fast that agrees with their sensitive tastes and bellies.It is crazy to me that such a large company is so incompetent when it comes to online orders, and equally crazy that they can't overnight ship something.I know i'm ranting because this is fresh and I'm pissed, but idgaf. I planned on coming home from work to take a nap with my cats before getting back to the grind. Instead I got cussing dog food and am so cussing frustrated right now. Cuss you pet super market. I went to get a mate for my male parakeet and they sold me a sick bird. She is puffed out and constantly sleeps. She is eating good but I feel like she is in danger of dying. I don't know what to do all I have found online about her says she needs doxycycline. People in parakeet groups I belong to are yelling at me because I did not put her in quarantine bit I didn't feel that was necessary. I feel like they should give me some medicine to help her at least
Alex the store Manager at the Amelia Island,FL store went above and beyond to help our family with our needs for our Macaw Sammy and helping us purchase the ferrets and all the right stuff for our new found family members (now 4 ferrets)!! All the people at the Amelia Island store are very knowledgeable and very nice. Brooke was great too! This is the best place to buy an animal from; all the animals have been very friendly, handled well, social, not shy or aggressive. Lastly, Alex is the best! Thanks a lot Alex: you are wonderful and keep up the great work!
Don’t waste your time using this company . Rarely can you get them on the line . You are more likely to get the IRS on the line than this customer service department . Hung up on once , phone service was out at one time and the entire company appears to be in disarray . Not worth dealing with .
Went to the store in Boca Raton, Fl at the Polo Shops on Military trail to buy fish. On of the gals was occupied helping a customer with his fish purchase. After waiting about 15 minutes, I simply walked out of the store. A lady manager and a guy worker were standing around at the register up front. I've shopped there many times before and someone always waits on me. I know Adam, the previous manager, is no longer there and that's a damn shame. He ALWAYS helped us if his sales people were busy. This store normally is dead as a door nail and I don't think can afford to lose business. I don't expect to hear back from you, so I guess I should plan to go somewhere else next time. We live in a very big development and it would be very easy to spread my experience around. I will wait to see if I get a response from you first. Thank you.
Placed order on 15th December and received nothing by 23rd so phoned and because I had not put the correct weigh for the wormer that I had ordered it had been put on hold. I was told they had contacted me but could not find the email they had supposedly sent on 17th. After removing the wormer from the order so as to speed up the delivery of the food on the same order I was then told they still didn't know when it would be delivered. This is the second time a delivery from them has been delayed, the first time Petsupermarket and Yodel, (the delivery company) just blamed each other. It would be quicker to order it via China! Will NOT be using them again.
