Not uk, despite co.uk web address

Despite hiding behind a co.uk website, and coming up in searches for a UK company, this is a Chinese company. So my "express" shipping paid for on 3rd May, still hasn't left Hong Kong at time of writing 10 days later!!

No customer service

I have had a frustrating time trying to contact this company to i) cancel an order one day after placing it because I decided it was not suitable for my needs, and ii) then three weeks later when it arrived I tried again to contact to arrange return.In all cases I had no reply whatsoever. Looks as though customer service is non-existent. Very unsatisfactory. Paypal suggested I place a review to voice my opinion.

DON'T BUY from this company

DON'T BUY from this company. I bought a dog collar. It didn't shock my dog but it ceased working after a few days.They ignore emails. Made in Britain ( when we did ) was a standard of quality.....made in China?...They must be laughing at us a they rip us off. DON'T BUY from this company.

Bought an e collar under the false…

Bought an e collar under the false pretense that it was good quality, humane and from the uk. It was none of these things, I got sent a crappy quality, SHOCK collar. I’m a dog trainer and have used good quality e collars before. They should never hurt or “shock” a dog. I tested it on myself first and almost got my hand blasted off. I sent it back. Hundreds of emails and four months later I STILL haven’t gotten my money back, despite the fact I shipped it back to China. Retail disputes haven’t been a help either as they use different names/addresses and it’s hard to track them down. Don’t buy from them.
