I placed an order for 2 fountain pumps. They sent me an email that my order was being processed but my card would not be charged until the items shipped. The website still says that the order is still being processed but not sent. I was charged on 8/12/2020. I checked with the credit card company. It was not just the authorization that Petswarehouse claims but an actual charge. I have filed a complaint and refund with the charge card. Upon filing the complaint, the company started to contact me. Interesting. Nothing from my emails. Nothing from the contact us form. No answer to the phone (no voice mail set up). Yelp page had expired. First they said the item had been discontinued (then I should not have been charged). Then they said a few moments later in another email that the item was delayed. They can't even get their stories straight. Do yourself a favor. This company cannot be trusted.
