In a previous review they told a person they do not charge until its shipped. This email just proved that wrong along with my bank showing the refund. This is the most sorry excuse for a company. Please order anywhere else. I reordered from valuepetsupplies.com. it was cheaper and they got with me to make sure i got my order!
