Worst customer service and order fulfillment process imaginable with intentionally misleading shipping cost policy and rude and unhelpful customer service unwilling to help resolve issues with items not received and not properly communicated at time of order or shipment would not be available or included with order. Items that did arrive took more than two weeks and the items I really needed were not provided. The only reason I even ordered the other items was to try to get free shipping which is nearly impossible with their misleading policy and to justify the unusually high shipping cost that I was unable to avoid. Many other guys websites have simple fast cheap comparable products with actual free shipping on orders over $50 so don’t waste your time or money with this business
