Dog bed arrived today, much to my surprise from being convinced I had been scammed and would never see anything for my money. As with aĺl the other comments, £60 was a lot to pay for such a flimsy product. Pity I didn't see such reviews at the time I placed the order back in April.While waiting, on checking out the company there was no contact or address detail. Only the email address which I emailed to cancel the order requesting a refund twice but as many have mention there was no response.My dog has since died so bed is of no use anyway now. Feeling gutted. From my experience of ordering clothes when it turns out was an email company in China, I am told that customs fees are really heavy when returning goods to their warehouse so not even worth going there with the bed.
