I strongly recommend you do not purchase from this company. I ordered a dog bed in April 2020after numerous emails and having to seek legal advise our order arrived. It was of very poor quality and not in anyway the product we ordered. It was also not the right colour. It was flimsy and described as a cat bed. We have wasted £60.00 on a poor quality item. In the midst of COVID-19 we are not returning the item as it could take another three months to get a refund. The item came with no receipt paper work or returns form. This is not a legitimate company be advised never to purchase from them.
