Unlike many other purchasers my ordered pet bed arrived, 3 months late and following a credit card investigation by my bank (which I think is why I finally received it). The quality is awful - it’s just a floppy circle of fabric with very little padding. I’d bought a similar-style bed from a local pet shop in the meantime and the quality of that is super. So my lesson is learned - buy local or buy from trusted sources. I would recommend anyone looking to buy from this company (which seems to have many different names) to avoid.
