Ordered my dog a new bed on the 7 April. A week later my dog had to be put to sleep. As the bed hadn’t arrived and would be further delayed due to COVID-19 I emailed customer services to ask if I could possibly cancel my order and obtain a refund. They advised they were sorry to hear about my dog but no, I could not cancel my order and receive a refund. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
