I am absolutely gutted. I wish I looked at reviews before ordering. I've emailed 3 times now but other than an automated response nothing!! They were quick enough to take my money though. I would like to hope it will be delivered but if others have been waiting longer I am not holding out much hope. They should be taken off the internet if not a reputable company, and do not deliver on their promise. HOORAH!! My perseverance has paid off I have had a lovely apology from Anna at petswebshop, which I appreciate, that was all I wanted. And I am to be expecting the bed I ordered within 2 weeks. I understand the delay due to Coronavirus, I just wanted an acknowledgement. So thankyou. I am having reservations now, have I been fooled by the email from Anna, I really hope not. I will wait until 5th May then I will start investigating again. NOT A SCAM. You will receive your bed eventually. It's taken nearly 6 weeks but its here and it's great. Just be patient guys you will get yours too.
