I bought some cat treats in December 2018 and by mid January they hadn’t arrived. I emailed and asked where they were (this was my second order and the first had arrived In a couple of weeks) and was told to wait another 10 days because of the holidays, if they hadn’t arrived I would be refunded.They didn’t arrive so I emailed and was told to wait yet again, at the beginning of February they STILL hadn’t arrived so I emailed again and was told I would be refunded. I had to email 14 times between February and June constantly being told they forget to process my refund and it would be in my bank within 7 days.In June they then started saying they had investigated and the items had been delivered yet their “proof” was tracking saying it had left India. I asked for their address to take legal action and they have refused several times simply copy and pasting the same email saying they had investigated and found it to be delivered.
