I am only rating one star because you can’t write a review without clicking on one. I ordered a Christmas phone cover for my child back in the beginning of November. It was under the name UNDER6POUNDS. I have emailed and had a response from a Jason Pitt who tells me to wait between 2-3 weeks! Demanded a refund when I went back to check my bank statement and realised it’s now changed to PET WIGGLE !!!
Ordered over 5 weeks ago, emailed 3 times an told wait more time, emailed a week later around 4 weeks asking for refund an told wait more time, emailed at week 5 saying I want a refund for the second time an been ignored. DO NOT USE this company it’s a complete con
Same old same old..Placed an order online back on the 27th September and still awaiting my delivery and getting the same responses from Petswiggle as others.....Apologising for delay.Goods have arrived in the UK and should be with you shortly.My details have been passed to their investigation team who will be in touch shortly.Another week passed and no delivery and no contact from their investigation team.I will be sending another email today making it clear that I will NOT be using their company again. Luckily I didn’t spend a lot of money on my order.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.**Update**It would seem that the person who had been communicating with me previously from Petswiggle Is no longer contactable. My emails using our previous correspondence are now not going through. I have sent a new contact form via their website again. Not holding my breath for a response as I have demanded a refund.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered and paid. Been 5 weeks so far. Emailed them last week and I received an apology and saying my order was in the UK. I then received an email asking for a review this evening. I've done a review stating what I've put here. Very disappointed. That £10 lost. I'm glad I didn't order big!
I bought some cat treats in December 2018 and by mid January they hadn’t arrived. I emailed and asked where they were (this was my second order and the first had arrived In a couple of weeks) and was told to wait another 10 days because of the holidays, if they hadn’t arrived I would be refunded.They didn’t arrive so I emailed and was told to wait yet again, at the beginning of February they STILL hadn’t arrived so I emailed again and was told I would be refunded. I had to email 14 times between February and June constantly being told they forget to process my refund and it would be in my bank within 7 days.In June they then started saying they had investigated and the items had been delivered yet their “proof” was tracking saying it had left India. I asked for their address to take legal action and they have refused several times simply copy and pasting the same email saying they had investigated and found it to be delivered.
I ordered a product from "MONKPRESSO" which never arrived and was ordered in April. I've had to email several times for a refund and still waiting, I sat and looked through my bank statement to find that I'd had a refund for the exact same amount from a company called "PETSWIGGLE". Any ideas?.
I ordered a fish toy in December 2017, which never arrived. I was informed it had been shipped, but late January nothing had arrived. I contacted the company and in the end raised a PayPal dispute. I tweeted my dissatisfaction and I've been blocked from their Twitter feed.This company deserves zero stars in my opinion.
