I had to take my cat in for a check up (Which was included in my policy) regarding her bad breath, and overall health. She has no pre existing conditions, and they turned down my claim anyway. Additionally they made it look like my dental care was added when I knew it wasn't going to be added til much later in my policy.I don’t agree with the current policies that restrict dental care. This area could definitely be improved to provide more comprehensive coverage for pet owners. Additionally, the delayed full coverage period—taking six months after the first payment—is far too long and should be reconsidered.
