The website to sign up was easy to use and didn't require a whole lot of time to sign up. They even gave me a discount on some cat friendly plants.So far, I've been with them for 5 months, and in that five months I have had great communication with Petsy. They offered me as free licki mat just recently to thank me for my loyalty. Lenny loves it and it helps him to eat slower. I feel like they are looking out for Lenny
